Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Alabama is often more difficult than elsewhere, so keep in mind that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you won't find many other paddling rivers.     There's camping available near Blackwater Creek. Blackwater Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the State Route 95 to Walston Bridge section is the only one. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. At Blackwater Creek through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's.
