Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Alabama tend to be more challenging than the national average, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many runs in this state are not easy. The scenic beauty of Alabama and the cool fresh water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. This stretch is short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. This is the     only paddling section along Chitwood Creek.
