The put-in is not too far from Albertville, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Alabama is often more difficult than elsewhere, so you'd better keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better reserve in advance because
these hotels fill up quick. There are no other sections to paddle along Honeycomb Creek than the CR 593 to CR 5 section. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. The natural beauty of Alabama and the water flowing gracefully down Honeycomb Creek are reasons
enough to come here and paddle. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, there are lots of good places for that around here. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature are sure to keep you coming back for more.
