The best time to run is in late April early May when the flowers are in full bloom. Six inches of water must be flowing over the dam to make a good run. Says Robert Maples The Lahusage to Route 35 stretch of Little River - East Fork in Alabama is 13 miles long and is a class II(III) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit harder to master in this state than those in other states, so if     you're not from around here don't forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners.
