  The Double Bridges to Short Creek section of Scarham Creek in Alabama is 2.1 miles long and is a class III+(V) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Alabama is often more difficult than elsewhere, so better not forget that many runs in this state are not easy. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, there are lots of good spots for that around here. There are nice comfortable hotels here, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This
