A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot     of people coming here. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip. Six Mile Bend doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the State Route 2to Coosa Road section is the only one. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground.
