This stretch of Chitistone River in Valdez-Cordova Census Area Borough is 9 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II-III section. This stretch has has enough mileage, suitable for an afternoon trip. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other rivers.
