This is a pretty decent length section, it's perfect for a one day trip. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a pretty small number of paddling rivers. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. When you're paddling     down a Wrangell Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. Chitistone River doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Glacier Creek to Nizina River section is the only one. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car.
