The nature scenery of Alaska and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. No matter if you're whitewater     rafting or kayaking in this general area you won't find many other paddling places. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so better not forget that a lot of the rivers here are not suitable for beginners.
