The scenic beauty of Denali Borough and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream attract people from near and far. The wild scenery of the Alaska Range is great. This is a short paddling stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. The campgrounds here at Nenana River are pretty good. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with     not too many other rivers for that. This river system is full of great paddling stretches, the Riley Creek to Twin Rocks stretch is just one of them. Lodging is available near the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while will make you glad you came. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so better not forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners.
