The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Alaska are often tougher than in other states, so better not forget that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. There are a few other stretches in this river system     that can be paddled as well. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
