Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so don't forget that a large number of rivers in this state are not easy. Briefly about the general area: Tsina River is a wet spot that gets a large amount of precipitation; during September this area sees the most rain; June meanwhile is the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Tsina River while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 40's.
