Yavapai
county,
Wet Beaver Creek to Verde River section whitewater kayaking, rafting, and paddling information.
The wonderful Yavapai County scenery and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water beats anything. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Arizona you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so better not forget that a large number of rivers in this state are not easy. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of places for that. There's camping available near Beaver Creek. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. Great
exercise and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. If you'll be staying in a hotel you're in luck, lodging is available very near the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.
