This stream is really small and can only be paddled after locally heavy rain. Most of the rapids are in the first half mile and a few more when you join up with the main fork of Blakely creek. De Roche creek nearby is a better run but this would make a good chaser or a good intro to creek paddleing. Says Greg Parker

been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section. The put-in is not too far from Hot Springs, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. The average Arkansas whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master
than those in other states, so keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less demanding. Great exercise and spending some quality time in nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. Whitewater paddling here in the Ouachita Mountains is a great experience. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of spots for that. The North Fork Road to Highway 84 section is the only paddling section along Blakely Creek - North Fork. There's camping available near Blakely Creek - North Fork. This
is a somewhat short section so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
