Just let you know that although Cadron Creek itself flows through private property there are a few campgrounds on the river that are run by Cadron Creek Outfitters -- two of which are accessible only by boat. of good places for that around here. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip. The beauty of the Boston Mountains is a great plus for this river. The Pinnacle Springs to Highway 65 section of Cadron Creek in Arkansas is 4.5 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class I(III) section. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. The starting location is a short drive from Little Rock-North Little Rock, if you're not
familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. This is not the only paddling stretch in this river system, there are others too. The campgrounds here at Cadron Creek are pretty good.

Cadron Creek is Pinnacle Point Gap. Summer at Cadron Creek comes with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's; overnight lows in the 20's for Cadron Creek. The high level of rain makes Cadron Creek a quite wet place; the month with most of the rain is May, and January is the month with the least moisture.
