The Highway 162 to Cedar Creek stretch of Cedar Creek - West Fork in Arkansas is 1.9 miles long and is a class II+ section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The beautiful scenery of Crawford County and the cool fresh water make the trip here worthwhile. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Highway 162     to Cedar Creek section is one of them. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. This is a pretty short section so better bring some good walking shoes. The beauty of the Boston Mountains is a great plus for this river.
