The FR 1631C to Robert Hill Road stretch of Gutter Rock Creek in Arkansas is 3 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class III+ section of whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so don't forget that quite a few of the sections here are pretty easy. The campgrounds here at Gutter Rock Creek are pretty good. The nearby hotels are a bit     away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. The FR 1631C to Robert Hill Road section is the only paddling section along Gutter Rock Creek. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good places. Great exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great attractions for lots of people. This stretch is short so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over.
