The beautiful scenery of Arkansas and the water flowing gracefully down Harris Creek attract people from near and far. This is a pretty decent length section, it's perfect for a one day trip. This is the only paddling stretch along Harris Creek. The beauty of the Ouachita Mountains is a great plus for this river. This section of Harris Creek in Howard County is     6 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class II-III+ section.
