The Deer to Murray stretch of Little Buffalo River - East Fork is 7.3 miles long and is a class III-IV(V+) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The starting location is a reasonable drive from Harrison, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. You might have
to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Arkansas are often easier than in other states, so if you're visiting
