The average Arkansas whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be easier to run than those in other states, so better not forget that many runs in this state are very easy. The natural beauty of Arkansas and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream beats anything. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too. The Mt Levi to Hagarville stretch of Little Piney Creek
in Arkansas is 12 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while are sure to keep you coming back for more. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve
in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag. The Boston Mountains scenery is wonderful. There's camping available near Little Piney Creek. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling rivers.
