  Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Arkansas are easier than the national norm, so don't forget that quite a few of the sections here are pretty easy. The beautiful scenery of Arkansas and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are reasons enough to come here and paddle. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you'll find a large number of good spots. The wild scenery of the Boston Mountains is great. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. This section of Mormon
    Creek is 1.5 miles long and it is classified as a class IV(V) section by American Whitewater. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. There are no other
sections to paddle along Mormon Creek than the Headwaters to Mill Creek section. This section is quite short so better bring some good walking shoes. Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came.
