This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip.     You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. The beauty of the Boston Mountains is a great plus for this river. There are no other sections to paddle along Sulphur Creek than the Southern Fork to Richland Creek section.
