Whitewater rafting and kayaking in California is often more difficult than elsewhere, so you'd better keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are not easy. There are no other stretches to paddle along Bear Creek than the Close to Wilbur Hot Springs to Cache Creek ConFork stretch. The nature scenery of California and     the cool fresh water have people coming here. Getting some good exercise and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. The put-in is not too far from Clearlake, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other spots.
