The nature scenery of California and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The average California whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be harder to run than those in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while     are great reasons to come. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag.
