Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more.
The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in California are often more challenging than in other states, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. There are no other stretches to paddle along Deer Creek than
the Highway 32 to Route 99 stretch. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Now this is a pretty long section, perfect for a real wilderness adventure. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The wild scenery of the Northern Sierra Nevada is great.
