The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Dinkey Creek.
