Whitewater rafting and kayaking in California is often more difficult than elsewhere, so keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. This is not the only paddling section in this river system, there are others too. This stretch has has enough mileage, suitable for an afternoon trip. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of places for     that.
