Briefly about the general area: For the duration of the warm months at Fresno River highs are ordinarily in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in   the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Fresno River. French Gulch is a good place to look at. Fresno River is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is July.
