The starting location is a short drive from Grants Pass, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. This stretch of Indian Creek Klamath Tributary is 7.6 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class III section of whitewater. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. There aren’t any hotels right nearby
but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This is a pretty decent length section, it's good length for a morning trip. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has
a large number of paddling rivers. The wild scenery of the Klamath Mountains is great. The confluence South and East Fork to Klamath River stretch is the only paddling stretch along Indian Creek Klamath Tributary. Getting some good exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have people coming from far and near. The beautiful scenery of California and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water make the trip here worthwhile.
