a road map further down the page with more info on that. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in California are often more challenging than in other states, so better not forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. You can pitch a tent or park your
RV at a nearby campground. The natural beauty of California and the water flowing gracefully down Kaweah River - North Fork attract people from near and far. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, suitable for an afternoon trip. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. Getting a good workout and just being out
