If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so don't forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. The put-in is not too far from Hanford-Corcoran, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, in this general area you won't find many other     paddling spots. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature are great reasons to come. This section of Kings River - South Fork is 7.8 miles long and it is classified as a class IV-V(V+) section by American Whitewater. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. This river system has a few good paddling sections and the Park Boundary to Boyden Cave section is one of them. This is a pretty decent length section, it's good length for a morning trip.
