The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Colorado are often more challenging than in other states, so better not forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. This section of Boulder Creek is 3 miles long and it is classified as a class II-III section by American Whitewater. This is a bit of a short stretch so better bring some good walking shoes.
