If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less manageable. The wonderful Colorado scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream will make you feel great. This stretch is short so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. There's camping available near Cache La Poudre River. Getting some good exercise and just being out on the river for a while will have you coming back for more. The Medicine

Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good places for that around here.
