The put-in location is a short drive from Fort Collins-Loveland, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.     There are so many sections to paddle in this river system, the below Pineview Falls to Mile Marker 114.7 section is just one of many. The wonderful Larimer County scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream attract people from near and far. Whitewater paddling here in the Front Range is a great experience. This is a pretty short section so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times.
