123 to Grizzly Creek Exit 121 section is one of them. This is a short paddling stretch so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. A bit of exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great attractions for lots of people. If you'll be staying
in a hotel you're in luck, lodging is available very near the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. The nature scenery of Colorado and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water will make you feel great. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby.
Briefly about the general area: You might want to pay a visit to Dolan Gulch since you're here at Colorado River. During the summer at Colorado River temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's.
During the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Colorado River dip into the 0's. Not much rainfall falls here at Colorado River; through October this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
