If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so better not forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners. The beautiful scenery of Boulder County and the water flowing gracefully down Saint Vrain Creek - North attract people from near and far. If you're coming from Boulder it's not a long drive at all to the put-in location,     if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. The river winds through the Front Range and you get great scenery. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling spots.
