The starting location is a reasonable drive from Greeley, as you can see on the road map further down. No shortage of good hotels, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Colorado is often more difficult than elsewhere, so better not forget that many of     the sections here are not safe for beginners. The natural beauty of Adams / Weld County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water will make you feel great. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. Getting some good exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with not too many other spots for that.
