The average Connecticut whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master than those in other states, so don't forget that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. The starting location is a short drive from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, as you can see on the road map further down.
