The FL SR 131 section of Falling Creek in Columbia County is 0.3 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class III section. The starting location is a short drive from Lake City, as you can see on the road map further down. A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. Falling Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling stretches, the FL SR 131 stretch is the only one. This is a very short section so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times.
