Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a
lot of people coming here. No need to look hard for hotels, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The scenic beauty of Georgia and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The rivers

The Grimes Bridge Road to Vickery Creek Park section is the only paddling section along Big Creek. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby.
