The starting point is not too far from Seneca, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. The natural beauty of Georgia and the cool fresh water beats anything. This section of Chattooga River - West Fork is 5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II section. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more challenging
than the national average, so better not forget that rivers here are less forgiving. The Overflow Creek Road Bridge to Highway 28 Boater's Access section is one of many paddling sections in this river system. The river winds through the Blue Ridge Mountains and you get great scenery.
