The Hightower Road to US 19 section of Etowah River in Lumpkin County is 10.5 miles long and has been rated as a class II(III) section by American Whitewater. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
