The beautiful scenery of Georgia and the cool fresh water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, as you can see on the road map further down. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. There are many good hotels to choose from, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. A good workout and a chance to spend     some time outdoors will have you coming back for more. This is a pretty decent length section, good for a one day paddling trip. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling spots. There are no other stretches to paddle along Line Creek than the Below Highway 54 Close to Peachtree City stretch. The average Georgia whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be harder to run than those in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less manageable.
