The natural beauty of Georgia and the cool fresh water attract people from near and far. This stretch is short so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. Great exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. The campgrounds here at Long Swamp Creek are pretty good. There are no other stretches to paddle along Long Swamp Creek than the Grandview Road to Cove Road Close to Jasper     stretch. There are some good hotels near the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here.
