This section of Mossy Creek is 2.5 miles long and is a class III-V section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The put-in location is a short drive from Cornelia, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. This stretch is short so better bring some good walking shoes. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so better not forget that the rivers in this state are less     manageable.
