The scenic beauty of Georgia and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream beats anything. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good spots. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a
room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The Victoria Bryant State Park to GA 145 section is the only paddling section along Rice Creek. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Georgia are harder than the national norm, so if you're not from around here don't
forget that the rivers in this state are less manageable. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. A bit of exercise and spending some quality time in nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. This is a very short stretch so better bring some good walking shoes.
