This stretch of Warwoman Creek in Rabun County is 7.2 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class II-III section of whitewater. The starting location is a reasonable drive from Seneca, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. The campgrounds here at Warwoman Creek are pretty good. The natural beauty of Rabun County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream make the trip here worthwhile. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's good length for a morning trip. There are no other sections to paddle
along Warwoman Creek than the Earl's Ford Road to Chattooga River section. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either
way this is an area with plenty of spots for that. When you're paddling down a Blue Ridge Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Georgia are often more challenging than in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less manageable. Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here.
