The Grace Dam Bridge to Grace Power Plant stretch of Bear River in Idaho is 6 miles long and it is classified as a class III-V section by American Whitewater. The campgrounds here at Bear River are pretty good. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's good length for a morning trip. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people.
