This stretch of Bitch Creek in Teton/ Fremont County is 13 miles long and has been rated as a class IV-V section by American Whitewater. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too. Whether you're     whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling places. You can enjoy this stretch more if you take your time, so why not pack your sleeping bag too. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The campgrounds here at Bitch Creek are pretty good. The wonderful Teton/ Fremont County scenery and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. Summer at Bitch Creek comes with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's.
