The Close to Canadian border to Road 2450 stretch of Boundary Creek is 10 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class IV-V section of whitewater. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so if you're not from around here don't forget that the rivers in this state are less manageable. rafting or kayaking this area has a pretty small number of paddling places. This is the only paddling section along Boundary Creek. The wonderful Boundary County scenery and the cool fresh water will make you feel great. If you have the time you can make this a two day trip, so

Briefly about the general area: Boundary Creek gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November while July is ordinarily the driest month. The warmest time of the year at Boundary Creek arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Boundary Creek. If the weather is great here at Boundary Creek, you can go for a hike along the Hall Mountain Trail.
