The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Johnson Creek. Once the sun is down   it plunges down to the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Johnson Creek temperatures sink to the 0's. This location, the Salmon River Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Hiking along the Caton Lake Trail is nice fun.
